Unfortunately I did not get to stay here. I had to cancel my trip in August.. Ruth Ann's policy is you can cancel 30 days prior. I canceled 27 days prior to our arrival. I had the travel insurance recommended by them (Nationwide play travel protection, insurestays, ownerrez) and I still have not received any compensation. Ruth Ann (or Morgan), not sure which one sent the email, said they believed I just didn't want to spend the money. At this point the condo was paid for. She was partially right, when my husband lost his job, I had to make the decision to put my family's needs before a vacation. Now I am out almost $1,500 and received nothing in return. If nothing else, please find your own travel insurance.
